The beautiful and bright 1 room apartment is located in the Canaima complex (Canaima 306), near the sea, which can be seen from the terrace. Puerto Rico is located in the south of Gran Canaria, with the best climate on the island. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an unobstructed view of the sea and consists of a living-dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace.
Guests can expect a fully equipped kitchen-living area with a kitchenette, kitchen utensils, hotplate, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, Internet WiFi, TV, air conditioner, fan and a sofa bed. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunrise and the sun until the afternoon. The bedroom has 2 single beds, safe and a closet. The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror and a hairdryer. The apartment offers sleeping facilities for 3 people.
The complex has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter. The pool bar offers a wide range of drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Pets are allowed in the apartment on request and at an additional cost. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. There is free parking along the street.
If required, a car rental or a transfer from the airport to the apartment and back can be organized at an additional cost.
