The beautiful and bright studio is located in the German district of La Paz, in the Molino Blanco complex. The sea is about 1 km away. From the terrace you have a view of the park and the swimming pool. Puerto de la Cruz is located in the north of Tenerife. The apartment is on the 1st basement floor with an unobstructed view of the in-house swimming pool and consists of a living-dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace.
Guests can expect a fully equipped kitchen-living area with a full kitchen, kitchenware, hotplate, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, TV, fan and a sofa bed. You can enjoy the sunset on the terrace. The sleeping area has 1 double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror and a hairdryer. The apartment offers sleeping facilities for 3 people.
There is 1 swimming pool in the complex, which is heated in winter.
Pets are allowed in the apartment on request and at an additional cost. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. There is free parking along the street.
If required, a car rental or a transfer from the airport to the apartment and back can be organized at an additional cost.
